1414º by Paul Bradley Carr
Whether we like it or not, this is Jeff Bezos’ world and the rest of us just live in it. Our current slate of 21st century techno-robber barons have achieved unfathomable wealth and unassailable power; but as Paul Bradley Carr’s latest novel, 1414º, illustrates, you can’t spend that money or wield that influence when you’re dead. Fugitive Telemetry (The Murderbot Diaries) by Martha Wells

Undying Mercenaries series by B.V. Larson
