Where to preorder Grand Theft Auto VI
Rockstar’s long-awaited Grand Theft Auto VI is launching November 19th, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X consoles. The game will be available digitally at launch, with physical cases containing codes, not discs, so your options for preordering are straightforward. The preloading phase for the game begins on November 12th, which should give you plenty of time to install the game.
There are two versions of the game to choose from, the $79.99 Standard and $99.99 Ultimate editions. Both include the same preorder perks. You’ll get the Vintage Vice City Pack when the game launches. It’s a set of in-game items that includes vehicles, weapon patterns, and hairstyles with nods to Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
You’ll also get a free month of GTA Plus that you can redeem immediately if you preorder the game digitally. It’s membership for Grand Theft Auto V’s online mode that grants in-game perks and access to a rotating selection of classic Rockstar games. It normally costs $7.99 per month.
The $99.99 GTA VI Ultimate Edition includes a surprising amount of content not available in the Standard version that we’ve listed below in detail. There are cars and other vehicles, special weapon variants, outfits, extra customization options, shops, and cosmetic services included in the Ultimate Edition that aren’t accessible in the game otherwise. It’s only available digitally from PlayStation or Xbox.
Here’s everything you get with the Ultimate Edition:
